Hampton Inn & Suites LAX El Segundo

Overall it was a good stay. HUEY at the front desk made this stay 4 stars instead of 3. We showed up at 315pm and had to wait a hour for our room. HUEY was more then helpful with drinks and snacks and he waived our parking fee. Hampton parking situation is a mess its shared with a rental car companies and its ultra full and Elevator was broken at parking structure. The breakfast was on point. Its a good acess point location to get to Manhattan beach and to LA areas.

Very comfortable beds and a nice hotel. Not far from LAX airport. The staff was very pleasant upon checkin - plus - checkin was fast. Stayed one night.

My stay was awesome! Customer service was outstanding and made checking in so smooth. Our room was very clean and breakfast had good options. Close to the airport and food places. Definitely would stay here again.

Second trip to LA and staying at the Hampton. The staff greet and attend to all guests. Maintenance is performed daily as I could see attendants cleaning. The room was adequite and comfortable with the exception of the bed. The mattress had seen better days and there was a definite gully so I was only able to sleep on one side. The mattress needs to be thrown away, not flipped or turned, no support left. I made mention to the desk but not sure if they will replace. The top concern of any room is the bed. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good. Coffee in the hall was available at all times. I like to have a hot chocolate before bed. The hot water was just past warm, so not too hot. Snacks were available for purchase. The restaurant only had a few items but if your are hungry you'll find something on the menu to your liking. I did note several food deliveries for guests from outside the hotel. To use the elevator you need your room key. That helped to give you security in who was allowed up and down on the floors. I did not have a car but there was parking on site. The local stores are in walking distance or a quick car ride. I also noted that the pilots and flight attendants shuttle to and from this hotel. The airlines trust the Hampton for their staff. Overall I would say that the staff, the hotel's appearance and rooms are a good choice for travelers. I will be back.

They have lots of extra fees. Nightly stay is almost $200 a night and they still have a extra fee if you need your room cleaned and need extra towels. Parking is $30 a night for a normal/average parking. We payed $700 for 3 nights and a extra $120 of extra fees. Would not stay here again. The breakfast is a 2 out of 5. Breakfast is not worth the extra fees this hotel has. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. This is by far the worse hampton in we have stayed in.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites LAX El Segundo and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the safety and convenience of the property. From the moment I arrived, I felt secure thanks to the 24-hour security presence and key card access to all areas of the hotel. The hotel is also conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy for guests to explore the city without having to worry about driving or parking. The staff was happy to provide information on bus routes and schedules, making it a breeze to get around. One of the best things about the Hampton Inn & Suites LAX El Segundo is that it is within close distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shops. I was able to easily get to nearby restaurants for dinner and explore the local sights without having to worry about navigating public transportation. Overall, I highly recommend the Hampton Inn & Suites LAX El Segundo for its safety, convenience, and walkability. It made my stay in the city stress-free and enjoyable.

No airport shuttle made my stay very expensive

Property was conveniently located by the airport which is what we needed. If you’re going to explore LA then I don’t think is convenient because traffic in LA is bad and the hotel is far from everything. The room was what we needed for one night. Just a comment, the tissue paper and the toilet paper in out bathroom you could tell were not brand new which for $220 a night you can afford to throw away the used ones and leave new ones. We had a spare new toilet paper so it was ok. I saw one or two ants in my bed no big deal, sheets were clean. Breakfast was included and good enough to keep us going.

Lovely staff, great pool, rooms were comfortable if a little dated but free parking was great. We enjoyed our time at this hotel
