The manager is not available from Friday thru Sunday. I complained the lamp shade(not working) and the lady(Sindy) transferred us in other room(the 2nd room was so stinky). There was a pee at the top of the toilet cover and on the floor. I almost throw up, it smell like an old public toilet and never cleaned at all. I will never go to this hotel. Worst experience ever!

The facility is under construction but you really wouldn’t know it. Very clean and accommodating. I was only traveling from the facility to the hospital so didn’t see much of the area or outside the facility.

The entrance to check in was not clearly marked.
Felt unsafe.
Several shady looking people in the parking area.
Would never stay here again.

The property is undergoing renovation, and after a long trip, we had trouble locating entrance to the parking lot, as well as entrance to the hotel. When we checked in, we were told that the elavator was not working, and that they had no rooms on the first floor, which meant we had to haul our stuff up the stairs, which were inconviently located at each end of the building. At least we got to see where the fire exits were. It seems like we should have been given a discount.

Very friendly accommodating young lady, Natalie at the desk. Elevator out of service and had been all week. Found a girl’s hair tie in one bed. Yuck. Passed on the minimal breakfast. La Quinta is often a place we stay when travelling through the USA but you can tell this is an older hotel. We had just driven from Canada in sleet and snow so it served us for the night.

Just shabby, everthing old and disrepair, and on top of it the room was expensive. Didn't even have airport dhuttle. The reaon I booked it cause it was advertised as "airport hotel". Shame on Expedia
