Overall, the property was as advertised - site in person matched the advertised photos. Check in was simple, however, the associate at the desk could have been a bit more helpful with simple instructions on where to find the elevators and what time breakfast would be served. This property was fine for an overnight stay, but be warned, the doors and walls are paper thin; you can hear everything in the hallway and they can hear EVERYTHING going on in your room. The cut outs on the door sweep don’t help at all in terms of privacy or noise reduction, and honestly, don’t make much sense. On the plus side, there was a parking lot across from the hotel for tractor trailer parking, making our choice in accommodations in McAllen, TX easier.

I like La Quinta because it is a nice hotel with updated rooms and amenities. The guest parking lot is well lit and clean. The staff is friendly and professional. It is a bit pricey $$$ for that area, but it is worth it to me. Thank you

We were needing a room immediately due to our travel was one for a loss of a family member. After a very long last minute trip, La Quinta gave us a restful night.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we left the property three days later, the crew provided exceptional service and the property was impecable. Their breakfast service is fenomenal. We could not be happier and would gladly recommend anyone to visit and stay at this location. By the way, this walking distance from many food spots (taco palenque rocks) and covenient for traveling north or south of Mcallen and it is located 3 minutes from the airport.

Only little gripe I have is the shower had no travel soap but a used one and a bit of hair left over in the shower from the previous occupants. Lastly I have stayed at other La Quinta Inns before and this one was not like the others very rewarding to see a clean La Quinta Inn finally.
