Staff very helpful. Convenient to airport, food, shopping. Breakfast was ok. Easy checkin, checkout. Nice little gym. Pool area nice.

We have traveled through Medford many times over the years. We always overnight at the Hampton Inn. It has always been a reliable choice each and every time. We no longer shop around, the Hampton is our "go to" motel. Clean and comfortable rooms plus a friendly staff. Nice job guys!

I booked this hotel because it said there was a free 24 hour airport shuttle. I checked in late in the evening and had a 6 am flight the next morning. I asked about the shuttle and was told they hadn’t had one for years and they need to update that on Travelocity. She gave me a card for a taxi service but when I called they had no availability between 2am and 7am. The person at the desk suggested I could walk the 2 miles (at 5am: a woman with a 9 year old boy and all our luggage.) Luckily I was able to get an Uber but it sure added a lot of stress Getting to the airport first thing in the morning.

Your breakfast hostess was quite enthusiastic and welcoming. The toilet seat was loose. May have found our hotel of choice as we travel up & down I 5.
