Lots of homeless folks in park which is next to hotel parking lot and on walk way to hotel. Armed security patrolling parking area. Desk clerk returned to desk after about 20 minutes stating she had to take out the trash Nothing fancy, older hotel. Breakfast was ok

Comfortable bed this is my third stay and go to place when traveling Oregon which is not often but appreciated.

Clean room with comfy bed and pillows. Great place to stay with our two dogs and restaurant in the same parking lot.

Location was great and indoor pool was perfect with travel with 9 year old

When you walk in the lobby and it smells fresh and clean, you can usually judge how the restvof the hotel will be. Very clean, quiet, except all the sirens. Think its near a hospital so lots of ambulances. Comfortable bed and lots of snuggley pillows. Not too far from the airport.

The approach from the Main Street into the parking lot isn’t obvious with all the other marquee signs

I know it’s not the hotels fault, but there were a lot of transits close by the parking lot. A note for future do not put a single woman in a ground level floor. I was actually moved to a second level room and felt much safer.

Upon check in the clerk said she didn’t have my reservation, causing panic, and then found it after I started looking on my phone. Irritating that they don’t take more time to look, or reassure weary travelers that they have open rooms if reservation isn’t found. Very dog friendly. We received a welcome bag for our pooch, and a sheet to put on bed.

Front desk rep was very friendly and helpful. The parking lot has good lighting and ample parking spaces

It's an older property but it's kept clean and kept up. Everything worked, great hot water on demand, HVAC worked fine, nice having iron and ironing board (traveled w/suit on this trip-doing biz on this one); the included breakfast had reasonable 'continental' options plus diy waffle iron, along with scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon and bread/toast. Coffee available in lobby all day. Bed was clean w/firm mattress that I like. Not a luxury property for sure but a 'good solid value option' one. I would stay w/this one again. Included wifi worked fine for youtube videos & email. 'Thin walls' between rooms (u can hear readily when ur neighbors talk/are up) but fellow travelers were respectfully quiet for each other, no noise issues regarding neighboring rooms.
