Homewood Suites Medford

Good location, quiet environment but thin walls and floor. Outer door slams shut every time someone uses it next to our room. Nice walking areas for pets. Clean room and nice kitchen. BBQ area for guests, nice big lobby and breakfast area. Convenient parking near the room made it easy to bring the dog to and from the car.

the place is being renovated. no amenities except in room. under construction, noisy, screws and nails in parking lot.

The reason I stayed there was because it had a kitchen. I try to avoid restaurants when traveling, and a suite like this makes that possible. The staff was great. The room was great. The kitchen was great. The bed was great.

This hotel has always been our first choice when traveling to Medford for family events. It is due for an update in a big way, looking very tired. I love the large suites with a living/dining/kitchen area and the large bedrooms and bathrooms but it has declined over the years. Our king mattress was uncomfortable but the queens were good. Our TV didn’t work and we were missing a bedside lamp, no fans in the bathrooms kept smells around. The free breakfast was great as usual and the seating very comfortable. The pool was closed for maintenance and when opened was cold and unbalanced. We were able to use the pool next door but walking across the parking lot when snowing outside was very chilly. I felt like we should have been told when we checked in. The key cards were a mess and we had to continually get them re-keyed to get in the buildings and our room forcing us to walk around the whole building to get in. I’m looking forward to the refresh of a great hotel because it needs it.

Extremely noisy, floors have no sound deadening so you hear everyone stomping above, next door and outside. Pet friendly should mean more than a strip of grass in the parking median.

Always amazing! Homewood Suites make you feel at home when away from home! Suggestion: have EV charging station in the parking lot

Charged for parking. Even though advertisement said Parking is included in the rate.

I liked the Hilton Honors App's easy check in and keyless entry. I could not figure out how to use my keyless entry to enter the property from the outside (there was a place for a key card, but the app didn't seem to work there for some reason). Room was nice. Liked the sofa bed. Would have liked a blanket to go on the sofa bed, but one was not in the room already. Easy parking. Nice breakfast buffet. Would have liked more sugar-free creamer options.

Great Stay and rooms, Talon and Victoria made check in easy and handled a booking issue very smoothly. Will definitely stay here again when traveling through Medford.
