Best Western Horizon Inn

homeless people walk through the parking lot at night. Theres only a hot tub but kids were in it. the room was clean and breakfast was fine.

Property is very clean inside and out Quiet location. Easy to find off the freeway. Plenty of parking.

This Best western experience was not great. Booked a non pet friendly room and upon checkin the front desk tries to force the pet friendly room. I was able to book a non pet friendly room because it was available and upon check in being told they had only pet friendly available . Sorry , but that shouldn’t be the travellers problem. That is something the front staff needs to look into and find a solution. Rude and absolutely arrogant behaviour. Thank god for this Asian lady at the front desk that came in and was able to get me the non pet friendly room I was booked in . How did the room become available now ? This property doesn’t match the Best western standards and is far from it . The only thing working for this place is the pet friendly theme. Other than that , find something else for yourself if you don’t have a pet.

Great place to stay , i ask for a room in the first floor amd they told me there weren't any available, jist because i booked wi5h a thi4d party i was pit in the 2nd floor when i woke up the nedt morning the parking lot was not full , so they were roomw available in the first floor not cool

Great property! rooms are super clean parking lot and outside of the rooms are well lit. Staff are very nice. Good breakfast And heated outdoor pool!

Friendly and helpful staff at check-in. Easy access from the interstate, making it a good stop on our trips. They offer a very nice breakfast selection and a Black Bear Diner is on the other side of the parking lot.

Great place for an overnight on the way home. Rooms are good size, hot tub and pool are nice, and Black Bear Diner in the parking lot was perfect!

We found the standard rooms going for $12/night and decided to book the mini suite for $40/night. While the front desk receptionist was kind and the location appears quaint, there were people sitting outside in the parking lot in lawn chairs drinking beer, neighbors were loud, and there was significant police activity in the area, including what appeared to be a criminal investigation at the creek just next to the property. The room was not normal Best Western material, but was about what I would expect for a cheap stay.

The person at the front desk put us in a lesser room than was paid for. The photos did NOT represent the room at all. We booked a king suite and were assigned to a double queen standard room. We moved our bags up and down flights of stairs late at night with a 1 yr old in tow. They still only gave us a jr suite rather than regular as booked. Orbitz asked for photos to verify, then reception stopped answering the phone when orbitz tried to followup. Aweful staff. Not accomodating, false advertizing. Room was dingy, stale smelling, sub par. Could not let the baby walk around and touch anything. Carpet is beyond gross. By the time we got off the phone trying to sort everything it was so late we had no other options but to lysol everything and try to sleep. There is a black bear diner in the parking lot so that may be a benefit but i would avoid this place at all costs. Shady.

This hotel was perfect. Clean, friendly staff, great restaurant in the parking lot. Was only sad that the hot tub was under construction with no notice. Booked hoping for a soak after a 9 hour drive. Would stay again.
