Three nights at the hotel and not one new fresh towel or linen change- no garbage removed either. The room was untouched for those days. Holiday inn cleans everyday- Is this not a Hilton hotel?? Lady at the front desk was most welcoming- Male staff seemed to be annoyed when asked for assistance- Is that not their job ? I am confused as to why I am paying a premium- considering I travel to Medford three to four times a year.

We reserved an ADA room to accomidate a wheelchair bound individual. Bathroom facility was good but access to beds did not allow safe transfer of individual from chair to bed. Space in room would accomodate repositioning of bed to allow this to occur. We need to be able to walk around the chair to position infront to manuever to bed safely. A second chair in space would also be welcome.

After 14 hours of road travel, being greeted by Anna the rude nightshift front staff, you might want to reconsider booking your stay somewhere else. This woman shouldn’t work at any customer service position!

Half of the parking lot was closed for painting. It was Memorial Day weekend so you’d expect better planning. The front desk wasn’t staffed- I had to wait to speak with someone at least 3 times. Our sliding bathroom door was broken- someone came to look at it but it wasn’t fixed while we were there. It was ok- but with the Hilton name I expected more.

This is a really nice hotel at the south end of Medford, not far from the airport, but nice and quiet. (They shuttle.) There are a few walkable options and the restaurant at the hotel is pretty good. The staff was very nice! The waitress even remembered my cocktail on my 2nd night.

The check in process was very quick, easy and accessible parking, multiple elevators, clean room, nice keurig, comfortable beds, would definitely stay here again!
