Clarion Pointe Medford

It was horrible! I knew I should've left right away, but I reassured myself it was only for 1 night and we were soo tired after being on the road for over 12 hours. It smelled funny right when we got into the lobby, it was dirty, the room was gross. Stained carpet, the AC smelled of human pee, the comforter had blood stains on it, the parking lot filled with homeless and drug users as soon as the sun started going down, we feared our car was going to be broken into. We were next to the stairs and kept hearing the door to outside opening and closing. We couldn't sleep because we were so sketched out, we ended up checking out before 1am. My fiance had me wait at the door with our belongings while he grabbed the car.

Cute little place, a little smokey inside, I had read about that I think a few air machine plugs might have helped with that, more hall ways smell, might need a little bit more luv in the hotel, working a , it was a bit warm, newer pillows and a few lights needed to be replaced.cute hotel, maybe a spruce of new paint. I wasn't happy that I was 15 minutes late, and my hotel room I booked was given away, but I was accommodated with another one. The rates were ok, I did book a day coming in. Whiles other hotels around solid booked so I was able to find something for a short trip which was nice, and a short stay.they did have a nice pool and safe parking so I was happy with that. All in all everything was well, my partner didn't mind the stay, but hopefully just a few small suggestions might add a little bit more luv to the hotel. They also did have breakfast availability, but I missed it twice. So that was a nice . All in all I was satisfied with the hotel.

There were human stains on the bed skirt, drug paraphernalia in the room and a park full of homeless fighting adjacent to the parking lot. Not a relaxing stay at all.

Staff were very kind except receptionist during check out she seemed moody. Breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed the Blue star memorial across the parking lot. God Bless our Veterans.

It is unfortunate for them that they have a city pocket park that the hotel parking backs up to. There was just a bunch of riff raff that made there way to the hotel, were stoned out of their minds and started bathing in the bird bath fountain. I didn’t really get much sleep since I worried of the well being of my vehicle. Unfortunately, it never felt safe and cozy so we will not be staying there again when we are back for more sport tournaments

Not a lot of parking, a lot of homeless people in the grass area out front. They took up several spots with their trash. Didn’t feel safe having my car parked out front

The hotel parking lot was filled with homeless and people actually using drugs in public when we arrived with our kids. The room had blood stains on the floor and ceiling. The room and bathroom was very dirty and we will never stay here again. The pictures are not the reality! The staff was friendly though but when the room and general condition are in this state, there is no amount of customer service to make up for it!

I would never stay here again. There were cops chasing a squad of homeless people out of the parking lot at night. Check in was at 3, and we arrived at 2:30, but our room wouldn't be ready for a few more hours. The room was filthy- visible and bare sheet rock, quite a lot of mold in the bathroom area, the air conditioner was half way working...never again.
