La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Central Point - Medford

I was concerned with some of the bad reviews. I asked and got a no pets room since my wife is allergic to cats. So, no pet hair. Room was clean,smelled clean. There were 2 shampoos, 2 soaps, conditioner, plenty toilet paper, 2 big, 2 med, 2 small towels...as any usual hotel. Plenty of parking, clean area. Room was on other side of freeway, very quiet. TV was a big, flat tv, fridge worked well, no noise. Had microwave but did not use it. No homeless in sight. Somebody mentioned that. There were lots of cars this morning, so plenty of guests. Would stay here again for sure. Staff was profesional and polite. Breakfast had eggs, sausage, waffles, bagela, coffee, orange juice. Staff was refilling things while i was there around 6:30 AM. Oh, indoor pool is not heated but on a hot day it should be fine.

Toilet seat was patched with some type of stuff.My husband and I stayed there coffee one thing of coffee no half and half just flavored stuff. Half the light didn’t work in the room. There was homeless in parking lot.

I was traveling for an event and booked the hotel about 2 months in advance. Customer service was awful, I was double charged for my room and after saying there three days and it now being two days after checking out still have not had money refunded. The breakfast options were incredibly limited and then we were only allowed to eat in a small room off of the lobby that was very crowded and full. The room was pretty clean which was nice. They only had two bath towels in the room though despite the fact three people were staying in the room. When I asked for more I was met with attitude and was told they didn't have any right now but they would bring some when they are available. I just let my daughter use my towel and more towels were never brought up nor was I let know they were ever available. Overall it was just a very disappointing stay especially for the amount of the room for the weekend. I will not be staying there again nor will I be recommending this place to anyone.

The bathroom could of used a coat a fresh paint. Didn't feel to safe down in the parking area. No pool towels available poolside. Staff never said a word to me, not at the desk, pool, or at breakfast. I knew it was going to be noisy by the freeway, but we needed a place to stay.

Close to airport. Good place to sleep over for convenience of location. Nice front desk person.

I stay here whenever I travel between CA and WA. It is your basic economy hotel, conveniently located right off I-5. I did find the 3rd story a bit quieter than the 2nd story. Staff are friendly and I feel safe as a single traveler.

This hotel is a great place to stop when traveling between California and Washington. It’s directly off I-5, so very easy to get to. My room was the King suite, and is probably the quietest hotel room I’ve stayed in, and only $10 more than a regular room. The only disappointment was the buffet breakfast, which was nothing to write home about. I have stayed here several times and will do so again.

Limited parking

Bedding is poor. Property is poorly maintained. No shuttle to airport. Obnoxiously bright LED lighting. Much more expensive than it should have been.

A standard highway hotel for traveling between here and there. Nothing special, but nothing bad, either. I have stayed here more than once in traveling between WA and CA and will probably stay there again.
