clean, quiet, comfortable bed, easy accessible to airport, restaurants, and grocery store. the whole facility is little tight in space, good for short stay. No easy chair in the room for sitting or watch TV

There was no one in office to check us in. There were several homeless people passing through the parking lot, one approached the truck as we waited. After 15 minutes we left.

The parking lot is very small. The pet area is also small and with no grass. The breakfast area is tiny, maybe only 10 people can fit in it at the same time.

I stayed here for easy access to the airport and it is very close. The room was clean but the building seems old and there was definitely wear and tear. Bed was comfy and the staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful

We were traveling to Portland and needed an inexpensive room to sleep over. We chose the Red Roof because the fare was low and they accepted dogs with only a deposit. This was a positive. The room itself has never been updated. The furnishings were newer and the bed and bedding newer. The bathroom was neglected, old, rusty and embarrassing. The room was dirty. You could see where something had spilled on the wall and was never cleaned. Red Roof corporate should be mortified offering this room under its name!
On a positive note- The bed was very comfortable.
We truly appreciate the acceptance of dogs without price gouging the patron. Good on Red Roof for this.

people roaming around the parking lot all night, very loud unable to sleep. Hotel is right next to a busy street. Will not stay again

I loved that there was a Tesla charger on site. It is the same kind we have in our home, and saved us some time as it charged while we slept. I mostly wanted to write this review because we rolled in about 11 p.m. super exhausted from the travel as well as the nature of the weekend's event we were attending. We were met by a really kind, warm, and upbeat individual which was absolutely what was needed and unexpected that late at night. Upon check out I asked what the staff person's name was eho had checked us in and was told it was Hawthorne, so to Hawthorne, thanks for being the friendly face and person we got that night.
