It was a clean enough facility. 3 handicap parking spaces is not sufficient. Half of our stay required a handicap unload and then parking a distance from door. Also VERY frustrating was the room temp was pre set on the A/C to 75 degrees. It was stuffy and too warm in the room for handicap needs! Can this temp be requested by guest to be set at a lower temp? Thermostat seems to have a preset not to go below the 75 degree setting :(

closeness to Mesa airport. Rooms dated, No USB ports, bathroom sink cracked discolored cracked missing caulk various places.

Room was advertised to have airport shuttle. This, the reason we booked. Their shuttle was down. After no recovery plan They said they would get us a ride to airport. It never showed up. One of the workers ended up taking us and another couple in his vehicle. The room furnishing were terrible. Ripped chairs, drapes, stained carpet, dirty walls with paint missing. They ran a loud motor outside our room for 2 hours. Said it was a power washer at 6 pm.The thermostat on the wall was broken and couldn't adjust temp. with it. It was probably the worst experience in a hotel ever. Would like a refund but not hopeful that would happen. I would never,ever, recommend this place to anyone.

Staff was great. Friendly and just made us feel welcome. Room was nice clean and seem like it was renovated. Airport shuttle was great to have drivers friendly . Rental car service on site was amazing . Breakfast was a plus . Will be ba k again . Location was perfect

We were under the influence that the airport shuttle would pick us up from the Sky Harbour airport. When I called to book the shuttle I was told it only went to the East Gate airport. That was a disappointment as it meant we needed to book Uber for transportation. I felt that was false advertising as it should have been mentioned in the list of amenities.

Waited for over an hour for a “shuttle” ride from the airport. Then an unmarked, shady as hell, van showed up to get me. Had to beg to get a “shuttle” ride back to the airport the next morning even though I had reserve a ride when I made the reservation. Super sketchy experience all the way around!!! Won’t be going back to this hotel, ever!!!

We reserved at this hotel because they have an airport shuttle. When I said we would need a shuttle at 5:30 am she told me the shuttle service didn’t start until 6am. In order to insure that we got to the airport in time we had to take an Uber which cost us $36. The rooms were clean and the beds were Just OK. The sink and tub were stained and the whole room smelled like bathroom deodorizer. There were at least two restaurants just a few steps away so that was a plus. Might stay there again but only if we had a later flight time. I think they need to post the shuttle hours in their online descriptive info.

Inside my room, the carpet was very worn and stained. There were lots of water damage marks and peeling wallpaper in the shower area. Maybe some mold. Room right next to freeway, so it was noisy. For the price, the hotel rating and the reviews, I just expected more. Breakfast buffet was standard. Not bad. Not being from the area, I chose this also based on the free shuttle from the airport. However, this shuttle is only for the Mesa airport, not the main phoenix airport. Uber ride was $55.

Room was not ready when advertised. Had to wait in my car in the parking lot for 1 and 1/2 hours. Front desk agent was not very understanding or friendly.
