when we went to our room, the first thing I noticed was that the bathtub was filthy. It doesn't look it;s been cleaned before we got there. There were dark marks on the bottom of the tub. The sink was very slow in draining the water. I don;t think we will use this hotel again. The staff when I checked out did not even asked me how our stay was, so I never mentioned my dissatisfaction. I guess when the hotel charges less compared to other hotels around the area, you can't expect it to be really that cleaned when it comes to the room. The window lock was not working as well. We really did not interact with the staff because the only person we saw was the front desk and he was friendly. I will not recommend this facility to my friends and family who might want to travel to Mesa and surrounding area.

Good hotel in a great location. Very easy parking. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Nice room with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Numerous good restaurants within walking distance and easy access to freeway.

Our hotel stay was very fine. The hotel is close to the Mesa airport and has plenty of food options nearby which made it very convenient for us. The rooms were quite large, but seemed a little bit more dated than I was expecting. They had a good breakfast with all of the standard fare and plenty of seating.

I traveled alone. I felt extremely safe during my time here. The staff was warm and welcoming and supported me with any question I had. The facility was clean and comfortable. It could use a tiny bit of upkeep, but for the price, I was thrilled.

Luann at the front desk was super sweet and friendly. The exterior and front desk areas were clean. The hotel has a little convenient shop with snacks, drinks, and travel essentials. With the exception of the smell, the room was clean. It was also spacious, had a fridge, microwave, TV, and work desk. It wasn’t a problem for us, but the bathroom door doesn’t lock. There aren’t many hotels that are pet friendly but I’m glad we came across this one!

Nice place to stay, room was clean and comfortable. Shower floor was stained/dirty. Our neighbors were noisy, but the hotel itself was quiet. Breakfast was good. Plentiful parking, pleasant staff. Nearby to several restaurants.

Front desk was very friendly..helped me print my boarding pass for my outgoing flight.. Tiffany was awesome..just a wonderful stay.. and will stay their again soon
