After paying almost $600 (non refundable) for a one night stay (prices were inflated all over town because of a concert), we were charged an additional $10 for the privilege of parking our vehicle overnight in the hotel's own parking lot. The flimsy excuse was that people flying out of the nearby airport would leave their vehicles for days. Give me a slip to put in my window to show the nights I've paid for and let me park for free. You don't need to charge $10. Insane.

We had a great stay at the Fairfield in Missoula. Our kids loved the water slides our room was good. We had a small cooler of frozen items that the staff was very kind and helpful in storing in a freezer for the night. The hotel shuttle to the airport was very convenient. If we are back in Missoula, we will stay here again!

Don’t drive to this hotel. Property very close to airport. Parking charge $10 per day not shown in Expedia listing. Not happy about charge.

The air conditioning struggled to go any lower than 72, which was not comfortable. The elevator was very loud and had jerky motion that led me to wonder about its safety. I had to pay for parking, which I did not appreciate. The staff were great and deserve the highest compensation in the field.

My husband and our family have been staying here twice a year for over 10 years… but this may be our last stay. The price has doubled, over $300 for a Monday night- in top of that a new parking fee (for an out of town empty lot hotel) and a huge pet fee that was disclosed prior to check-in. And for that $300 hundred a night we didn’t have a warm shower….

Very nice hotel, and let's face it..."breakfast included " is one of 2 types; hot or not. Not means you've got your choice of toast, bagel or yogurt (or some combination like that). THIS hotel has hot bacon and eggs (which were GOOD and plentiful), as well as oatmeal, plus all the other options above. Very nice lobby with a gas fireplace for ambiance. Good wifi. Only complaint is that they charge for parking...NO one else on my entire trip through Montana charged for parking, so took me a bit by surprise.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean, comfortable, and close to the airport. We would definitely stay there again!
