Staff very courteous and knowledgeable. Facility was clean. Had an elevator for easier travel. Has a good breakfast. My son loved the omelettes so much. Our room had a jacuzzi tub. It was lovely. Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay here.

My request for ground floor due to traveling with my elderly disabled mother were not met nor was having my two rooms next to each other. The a/c in one of the rooms did not work and the cover kept falling off. The breakfast was not at all appealing and we did not partake.

Check in on site states 2:00. Arrived at 3:00 which is what Hotels.com said is check in time is. Room was not ready till 4:30. We had just traveled 16 hours and the last thing you want to do is wait for your room that should be ready. I was told we needed to be “fluid” with our check in time. They weren’t fluid with the cost or check out time. Room was ok, but very loud being right off the street. It’s on a busy corner.

The hotel was safe and quiet. There were restaurants nearby and there was sufficient parking. Staff was very friendly during my check-in process.
