If you want a nice 1 start hotel this is the place for you. To start off they “ran out of pillows” and gave us some very uncomfortable throw pillows barely bigger than my head. AC unit was making a terrible noise all night, shower was backed up so we were standing in some really gross water. Breakfast was also very disappointing. Should have just slept on the airport floor.

Quiet room, comfy bed, clean and spacious. Had a refreshing wonderful sleep. Been traveling Wisconsin to Seattle so the wonderful surroundings and quiet room was welcoming.

The room was nice, close to restaurant and casino within walking distance. The only thing i didn't like was paying for parking as the cost for the room was high, would be nice to have parking included.

It worked well for a quick trip. People walking and talking in the hallway woke me up. They charge a parking recovery fee that I wasn’t expecting.

I have been traveling to and through Missoula for two decades. I would say that this is my go-to hotel. They have put money into the hotel to keep it fresh. The last stay, the staff was warm and efficient as always. The waitress helping with breakfast was very nice and accommodating and the omelets were great

I made my reservation a month in advance and reserved 2 nights in a King room. When we arrived I was informed that they were overbooked for our 2nd night and that I couldn't get a king room both nights. I took the double queen room and made it work. I could have caused a fuss but I was too tired and they were short staffed. The outside trash was overflowing and made the side entrances very dirty and stinky. The hotel is being remodeled but I didn't see anything except it the parking lot. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. For the price, I expected a few things extra. Besides the coffee in the lobby everything else was a charge.

The front desk lady was super nice. We felt bad for her but when we arrived she informed us and all the other customers it could be 30 mins before our room was ready. It ended up being an hour. They were short staffed. No happy hour or food either. The lobby was dirty, bad need of vacuuming and the trash piled high in trash cans. No hot coffee available at 5 am for us travelers up early flying. We understand help is hard to come by but without all the amenities they should drop the room rate.

Found a random charge on my credit card from the hotel. When I called, they said it was a parking charge. It says free parking on the booking. This was never mentioned at check in either.
