Overall a good place for the one night we booked, minus my parents who stayed in another room finding a hair when turning down the bed. Not exactly close to the downtown area of Missoula which is where we spent most of our time, however it was convenient to the airport.

Overall not a bad property for the one night we stayed. Rooms were very basic and missing some of the hospitality amenities that most might be used to. For example, there is only a small bottle of shampoo, no conditioner or lotion, which is fine since I always bring my own. They have a small kitchen but nothing to use in said kitchen, although there are lots available for purchase or guests can bring their own supplies. Our room was fine, however my parents stayed in another room when they pulled the sheets down they found stands of hair. Not a deal breaker necessarily, but something to mention. When they requested to move rooms the front desk was very accommodating and honored the request to move. Overall it was a good place for the one night we stayed and convenient to the airport, which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel.

We booked this at the last minute when our travel plans changed. It was clean and quiet. Check in was a little strange in that they required photo ID for both me and my wife.

I needed to load my suitcases on a cart to bring them to my room and I didn't see a handicap button to open doors. I struggled to open single doors as well as, push through the cart. I am recovering from major back surgery and the attendant that checked me in never offered to hold a door or other help. He just disappeared. There is NO ICE available. In my room I found long dark hair on the pillows, in the sink and tub. I didn't complain at the time because I'm not one disposed to criticizing. I relaxed the evening, prepared to shower and found no soap, shampoo or other items. By this time the night desk attendant was gone for the night, so I couldn't rectify the problem. I travel frequently, need rooms in Missoula and will take this one off my list.

I may have missed it when booking at this extended stay but other then a bed, chair, and tv the -extended stay did not have so much as a spoon, glass, flatware, plates, no coffee pot, no soap, shampoo, lotion, etc.
I was there 10 days- was told to go buy the stuff including a coffee pot!!
Fridge, stove, microwave but not do much as a paper towel, cooking pan, etc
It was clean- that is about the best I can say and the bed was fairly comfortable
Drug deals being done in the street and parking lot.
I would never go back.

This stay had all the makings of a negative review...from no toiletries outside of 2 towels, the first room we checked into was still dirty (oil stain in sheets with hair), cops and fire dept showing up shortly after we're settled to deal with a disturbance down the hall, service clerk angry at his job, several people yelling at each other in the rooms throughout the stay, patrons drinking in the parking lot late into the evening. The building is brand new but already looks 10 years old.

I paid the high cost of this room for sleep as I have a test to complete. There was no sleep, the parking lot was noisy, the doors and door to outside was slamming all night. Upstairs was stomping around and the walls are so thin. I knew this would be an issue. I asked the evening front desk if I could move rooms. Her response "Nothing"
Can I get a refund to go somewhere else. "Nothing" What can you do to find a solution. "Nothing". If you want sleep don't stay here. You know the whole reason of why you get a hotel room. You'd be better off in a tent camping.

Very unusual. There is nobody at the desk in the morning or at night. All doors are locked so if you forget ypur room key, there is no getting back in. No soap, cups, or even a coffee cup in the rooms. I rented this because it had a kitchen however, it was worthless as there is nothing to cook with. No silverware, no pots or pans.
My expectation was Staybridge and this place is NOT Staybridge.
All of that could be overlooked if the front desk staff (when they are there) had more personality, but as it was a moldy towel does better. There were a lot of cops inside the hotel and out in the parking lot. Both days i was there.
I would not stay again.

It stank. Like a combo of armpits, pickles, and feet. The carpets and floors were dirty. The elevator was dirty. Cigarette butts all over the parking lot and entry way. Dog poop on the sidewalk. Never again.

We were impressed. I wasn't really expecting a full-size fridge or a cooktop in our room! (It is pictured but the fridge kinda blends into the wall & you'd have to look pretty closely to see the cooktop.) We didn't need a full-size fridge (a typical small one would have been enough) or a cooktop but if you had to stay here for an extended amount of time, they'd come in handy. The price was fair. The weekend before we were in Kalispell & paid a little more for not as nice/roomy of a room.
My daughter was disappointed that there wasn't a pool - which wasn't on our agenda this trip, so it was fine.
The only thing that I had an issue with was the shower curtain. I think those need to be washed after every guest, like the bedding. There was gross hairs from the previous occupant(s) on the bottom portion as well as some other questionable "stuff". There wasn't shampoo or conditioner in our room either. I'm not sure if it was just forgotten or if they don't supply it. It wasn't an issue for us b/c I always bring my own, but FYI if you don't typically travel with your own toiletries.
The room could have benefited from blackout curtains but we had to get up early, so it wasn't an issue for us this time.
There was a noisy kid above us but it stayed in bed when we were.
The halls & elevators were lit extremely well (almost too bright) but it was nice not walking down a dark hall like a lot of older hotels have.
The a/c worked great. The temp/pressure of the shower was good.
