Overview

The AmericInn by Wyndham Moline Airport receives overwhelmingly negative feedback, with guests citing significant cleanliness issues throughout the hotel. Many reviews mention a dirty lobby, hallways, and rooms, along with a poorly maintained pool area. The breakfast offerings are also described as extremely sparse and inadequate. While the location's proximity to the airport may be a positive aspect, the numerous reports of uncleanliness significantly outweigh any potential benefits.

Staff was pleasant, room was clean however we noticed a running space heater in the hall to heat, pool area closed, breakfast bar was empty except coffee, open container of milk and a few donut holes, very sparse. This was at 7 am and the parking lot seemed to have about 10 cars so it seemed to not have been filled. We didn’t eat however made coffee. The location is Convenient to where we needed to go but may stay at the other property across the street next time we visit family.

I wish I hadn’t booked this hotel prior to traveling. If I hadn’t, I would have definitely went somewhere else. This was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever been at

The hotel was ran down and dirty. The pool was empty and the free breakfast was an absolute joke. There was corn flakes a couple gallons of milk, apple juice, and a waffle maker. The room was okay, tho I am itchy from something there…the lady at the desk seemed bothered if anyone asked for anything. The guys puking in the parking lot when we arrived set the tone for the whole stay. Stay elsewhere

Lobby area was a dump. They could at least vacuum. Hallways - same thing. 3 cars in the parking lot, yet they didn’t have the king bed I reserved. Thankfully the room itself is fairly decent.

As females traveling alone it's not a good fit. There was a lot of things wrong, too numerous to list. My standards aren't that high, just don't stay here.

I travel with a Service dog, the very rude manager tried to charge me a pet fee, which is illegal. I told her she could'nt, so when I reveiwed my bill, she charged mea $50. damage deposit. She automaticly put me in a handicapped room, I am not physically disabled, she justed assumed. Then I had to change rooms, and found dirty womens panties in the drawer when i tried to unpack. Gross!

We checked in at 2pm. The place was very dirty. The windows were filthy and there was food and paper all over the lobby floor. Pool was closed and empty of water. The elevator was so grimey. The hallways smell of body odor & animal urine. The room itself was ok. Smelled like someone may have smoked in there before & the carpets were damp. The bed was made but there were several little black hairs on one of the queen bed's sheets. Plus hotel doors dont slam closed so a man walked in our room in the morning. Also when i asked for a 2nd key, she said they dont have enough because they were having more people come. Inwas the only car in the parking lot. Very weird. Instead of being on their phones the whole time it wouldnt hurt to stop at dollar tree and spring for a bottle windex & a roll of paper towel & start with the front foor and just keep wiping everything til u run out...and vaccuum the lobby & hallways. It wont be in business much longer maybe thats why they dont clean.
