If you’re wanting a very average stay near the airport, this will work. Shuttle service is every 30 minutes, so very convenient. However, the driver literally pulled in front of people, (while honking, as if the other driver was the problem. It was definitely the hotel shuttle driver trying to push their way across two lanes to the curb) when dropping us off at the terminal. I found the bed to be very uncomfortable, seemed very used and dipped. Horrible pillows filled with what seemed to be cut up foam pieces. Had to fold in half to even use. Tub was dirty. TV looks great in the wall with a wooden frame around it. However, the remote only worked if I was standing next to it, due to the wooden frame covered the sensor. Couldn’t even sit in the couch to watch TV. Will not stay here again.

The gentleman that checked us in was awful. He wasn't friendly or helpful. We traveled all day and our flight was late. We didn't get to hotel until almost midnight si it wasnt busy .

Nobody told me that shuttle bus need call request.why did I book your hotel? Becoz it is closer.i want my daughter to sleep as soon as possible. I am waiting for the shuttle bus more than 1 hour. I never book this hotel all whole world.the worst service

Very short stay but slept comfortably. Shuttle service was great after a long night traveling and back again at the airport early in the morning.

We stayed one night before we left for a cruise. They have a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. They are very close to a mall/shopping center. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly.

Sheraton Suites offers a wonderful place to stay after traveling. It offers great food and a bar to relax. Free shuttle service to and from the airport is a hige bonus. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and hospitable. I highly recommend as ai will stay again when back in Orlando.

My stays here have always been great! I love the ambiance that allows me to rest without much disturbance! The staff is so accommodating and friendly! The location is safe and perfect for my daily walks around the pond. Still wondering why as a guest, we must pay for parking!! Especially if I am a staying guest and not one that is flying in & out! But anyways, happy the rates are reasonable and I will always stay when I am in town.
