Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Airport

Service was great, room is slightly dated. You can feel the hotel is getting old despite the modern pictures. I would stay again for the right price. Complimentary shuttle was useful and the breakfast was a great value.

Hotel was very clean however needs some updating in rooms & elevators. Nice breakfast and also Happy Hour. Very convenient to airport. Free shuttle bus on the 1/2 hour.

A few people complained about the Managers Reception. I thought it was fine. Cant complain much about 2 free alcohilc drinks and some snacks. Nice location close to the airport.

Had to wait 2 hours for the shuttle. Called several times and every time we got different answers on where the driver was. The front desk is not consistent. Each clerk has its own rules. You watch and hear one say something but the next one says and does something different. Overall the hotel is nice and clean.

We found a dildo under our tv! The carpet was stained and dirty and not close to anything but the airport.

The hotel staff was very nice. They even stored the frozen fish we needed kept frozen while traveling. The breakfast is good and the happy hour in the lobby is a bonus.

We waited well over 1.5 hrs for our complimentary drive from the airport to the hotel. We saw him drive by twice before actually stopping. He told one family in front of us that he didn't see anyone waiting. The rooms were definitely not cleaned. We found an almond in the middle of the bathroom and hair in the corner of the bathroom.

The hotel was fine. I was unaware that parking was not included with our stay. $21/day additional made the price not reasonable. I could have stayed across at town place suites for less per night and free parking

Our room was really nice and bigger than expected. We were coming back from a cruise and had to stay an extra day before flying out, so the shuttle to the airport in the morning at 4:30am was very convenient. Our room was very clean, but the hallway type area outside our room not as much and had some smaller trash here and there. Didn't bother us really but since you asked about cleanliness.. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while or something. We went to Disney World for the day because we got to the hotel very early. The staff stored our luggage for the day, thank you for that! When we got back around 6:30 pm we tried to order food delivery from the kitchen menu on our table in our room, but nobody picked up the phone so we ordered a pizza from elsewhere, so I cannot comment on the food. We would stay here again.

The service was impeccable. I didn't like having to pay for parking and wasn't aware of that before I came. It was twenty dollars for the night. I had to pick up my daughter from the airport. So I made use of the free shuttle to and from the airport. The morning breakfast was the best we've ever had in any hotel. Need to order omelets and many options.
