Great servixe and super comfortable beds. They offer a free shuttle to Orlando airport. They are also walling distance to multiple resturants. Breakfast buffet is included and well stocked with lots of space for people to sit, which is not common in Orlando hotels in my experience. They had lots of food options to accomodate allergies, including plant based milk.

Our stay was short. But we reserved the shuttle to the airport the following morning and they had over booked it. The front desk people really need to check the schedule and make sure there is enough room. Our driver was great and we all piled in sitting on each others laps and got to the airport. Had we not all fit we probably would have missed our flight !! Not good. Added stress that could have been avoided. Wake up front desk.

$16 to park the car overnight in their lot doesn’t say anywhere on hotel.com website of this ridiculous charge. What a rip off and he’s the kicker there was empty spots in the parking lot.

No complaints. Location was good. Hotel and room clean. Bed comfy. Only I didnt like was we got charged for parking, which with all the fairfields we have stayed this wasnt expected and got told at check in about the $16 parking charge. Probably wouldnt have stayed if I knew ahead of time. I feel hotels charge enough that parking fee is insane.

Great place to stay if access to the airport is a priority. Very close and has a shuttle! Room and common areas were very well kept and seemed brand new. Convenient stores located nearby and the resident food truck was excellent! Only complaints are so very minor and can easily be avoided or remedied. Breakfast "hot" dishes were kind of gross, but plenty of other options! The mini fridge was really loud and emmited an irritating hum, but could just be unplugged.

Front desk staff and van shuttle driver were very friendly and helpful. It was what we wanted, which was a hotel near the airport. There is a breakfast, but you can get a to go bag uf you are leaving too early. Places to eat in walking distance.

Easy access to the airport. Transfers included (Airport to hotel - excellent experience with a very nice driver, hotel to airport not so good - driver drove like a maniac and dumped us all at just one terminal so we had to drag our bags through the airport to the opposite side to check in). Very friendly staff in the hotel at the front desk and at breakfast - very welcoming. The hotel itself is good but showing signs of age.

Staff were great and the location is wonderful if you’re flying to the airport. The shuttle service is convenient and the free breakfast has something for everyone. We will return.
