Wingate by Wyndham - Orlando International Airport

I checked in at 1:30am and asked if a late check out was available as I had been traveling for 24hrs almost. The young lady behind the desk said I can have complimentary late check out until 12 since it was so late but anything later would be $15 an hour. I told her 12 would be great. At 10:55am I had the cleaning lady banging on my door and at 11:07am I had the front desk calling me and asking if I would be staying another night since I was after check out. When I explained I had asked for late check out, she claimed it was never noted. Every single hotel claims it is not noted which leaves me to believe you dont really offer it because you still rush the guests to get out by waking them up and starting their day off pourly. Definitely a disappointment. If I had paid for that hour, Id be livid.

We had a late flight and arrived late to the hotel. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was perfect!!! Very convenient! Check-in was seamless, and the employee at the front desk was very nice and personable. Beds were comfortable and I slept well. Room looked just as it did in the photos posted by others.

Clean and friendly the only thing was parking was tight and limited

First you told me I have a shuttle when I came no shuttle there , and I call the hotel the ladie talk nan to me I took a taxi

Good location for chain restaurants and proximity to airport.

It was very easy, check-in, easy to plan my shuttle to the airport… And had a nice quiet room

Transportation to the airport was easy via shuttle and hotel was located near numerous restaurants.
