Renaissance Orlando Airport Hotel by Marriott

Walls seem to be paper thin. We could hear the people in the adjoining room. Not their fault, as they were not doing anything room, but it sounded like they were in our room. In the morning we found a huge cockroach in the room. Not sure if we dragged it in with us, but given we went from airport to hotel via taxi, we probably didn’t…..

The location is perfect. It is near the airport and within walking distance of several restaurants. Super clean and the beds were comfortable.

Needed a place to stay by the airport the day after our 7 day cruise. We loved the location. Very easy self parking. As vapers/smokers we love the mini walks around the hotel. Seems like a pretty safe area. We walked to a few different places to eat too. Close to a lot of stuff. I’m not a fan of high floors & we’re out on the top. Lol. It’s okay no biggie. Sides that, Me & family of 4 aren’t hard to please. We’re very down to earth. Sides the floors looking they needed a good mopping & the bathroom being a bit dirty around the corners of the shower & kinda Disappointed me. Bathroom fixtures at some point don’t just look out dated they look nasty to want to get clean around. Maybe in OCD oh well. If they don’t upgrade the bathrooms soon I hope they do a very deep cleaning soon.

I liked that you didnt need to carry a credit card or cash around with you. They charge your drink, food, etc right to your room. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping forgot to put lotion in the room. No big deal. I asked for it and not only got lotion but got a makeup removing wipe as well. I didnt even know they had those at a hotel. I do miss individual bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I didnt like the smell of their hand soap. I didnt like how firm the beds are. I didnt like that parking isnt included in your room rate and they dont at least provide free breakfast to their guest. Other hotels do not charge extra for parking or breakfast. I understand all other meals and snacks, but breakfast come on now. Charge parking fees for people who are going to the airport and long term parking not your guest.

We stayed one night as we were flight out in the early morning. Staff was very friendly and room was impeccable. This is my go to hotel when traveling .

The stay was great. The parking attendant were so nice.

While waiting for transportation to the airport, I was instructed to board the shuttle, only to be met with hostility and impatience from the driver when I provided my destination terminal. Perfect airport hotel

Solid hotel for airport convenience. Front desk was helpful with airport shuttle.

This property was clean, safe, and relaxing. I felt like I was on vacation as soon as I entered the doors. The staff went out of their way to help me. I was injured a few days before my visit and couldn't walk well and they provided parking and shuttles to make my stay very easy.
