Arrived at the Orlando airport at 1:42 am. They picked 6 of us up with no problem. Front desk was very welcoming. Room was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again!

My flight was delayed so we checked in very late in the night… and unfortunately the person checking us in actually ignored us and checked someone else in who had come in after us…. But once we finally get checked in our room was nice and for the most part clean. Our bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner were all empty.. which housekeeping nicely filled the next day.. the property is older but overall our stay was nice we do wish front desk staff was a little friendlier but other than that it was conveniently located and a nice weekend.

It is ideal to stay before your day of flying. They have permanent transportation to the airport since 4 am. I do recommend it.

We stayed for 1 night before our early flight. The lobby reeked of old cigarette smoke. My daughter even noticed the smell the next morning. We were told to be in the lobby 10 minutes before we wanted to board the 5am shuttle because it left promptly at 5. The shuttle did not get back to the hotel until 5:10 and then had to load luggage. The shuttle driver was not safe at all. This hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. We chose this hotel because of positive reviews and I’m not sure where those reviews came from.
