The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver(not sure of her name)but she was very friendly as well. The hotel lobby and elevator was clean. The room was spacious and clean and bed was comfortably. The only thing I would say needs a little attention is the lighting in the room needs to be brighter

Returned from cruise, wanted hotel close to air port with early shuttle service. We arrived early and were able to get us into our room at 12. Even shuttled us to our restaurant for dinner. Very accomadating friendly staff.

Nice place, nice rooms erc. Staff was courteous and kind. Not a big fan of paying $15.00 for parking in the hotel though. Probably necessary consudering the proximity to the airport but still another upcharge

Only stayed one night for early morning flight but hotel was fantastic!! Clean, quiet, comfortable, and very convenient location. Would stay here again!!

We stay there to be close to airport. Took the first shuttle at 4am. So convenient located only minutes from airport.

Hyatt is always my go to hotel. I have never had an experience with any of them like I did this one. I’m surprised because the majority of the reviews were good. I don’t know how.. It was so run down and gross on the outside. We immediately knew that the inside was not going to be good…. We were right. When we got in we were flooded with the smell of weed. We got into the elevators with old peeled wallpaper and writing on the doors. We thought maybe the smell was just the entrance. No.. our entire floor smelled of weed too. Thank goodness our room did not smell . The room was also gross. Stained comforter and the floors were sticky. Shower had brown stains all over it as well as hair in the drain. Honestly had we not arrived at midnight for an early flight we would’ve left. Would NOT recommend it here.
