Booked this Hotel through the app but apparently the hotel was fully booked and could not accommodate us. Frustrating when you are traveling

Early pool closures. Mattress is hard. I usually sleep well in hotel beds, this bed I woke up with my back sore. They do not clean rooms between your night stays, we had to go find clean towels for showers since we stayed (3) nights. Shuttle to airport is very convenient.

Booked because of location which very convenient to the airport and hospitals nearby. Everything was great until we tried to use the Wi-Fi. Signal was very weak and pages would freeze and not load. We had to use our phones for internet. We will stay at the Hampton Inn next time we are in Pensacola.

Waited till after 3:00 pm to check in even though we were slightly early and we were told shuttle would pick us up after dropping our rental car he appararently was not told and had to come back to pick us up

It was very convenient to explore the surrounding areas. Absolutely easy to drive to the airport. Same road from hotel to airport. Only a 6 minute drive from airport to hotel. We never heard air traffic while in the hotel. Elevator were also efficient and quick. Only one draw back the guest computer stations. The hotel cancelled the service the week before we arrived. I wasn’t able to complete and print a few projects.

I've stayed a total of 4 nights here, the staff is great, they listen, they're friendly and available to successfully meet the need. This Hilton has some slight updating with wallpaper curling...normal with wallpaper and the electronic door key often requires multiple tries, but I really love this place. The atmosphere is excellent even if you're a woman alone. It is very close to the preferred Hospital, as well as has a shuttle to the best mall. Great place! Great location! Great staffs, so doable!
