So convenient to the airport. Nice to have continental breakfast option and bar onsite. Comfortable rooms. Would like to see recycling bins in rooms.

We had a quick stay because of an early flight, food was available which was good and it was late at night. The room was clean and very nice and was happy it had a small refrigerator. I would definitely stay here again.

Terrible, tried 2 different rooms, both A/C issues. 2nd room had so much condensation on tile entrance I slipped. Maybe shouldn’t have tile at the entrance. Dirty & not updated whatsoever. It’s unfortunate that it’s the easiet option for airport travelers

Room wasn't completely ready (bed not yet made, discarded items from previous guests) so we asked and were moved to a room that was ready. This room also wasn't thoroughly cleaned (coffee pot has previous guests old brewed coffee pods still inside, sink had hair). Great location and suprisingly quiet to be next to the airport. Breakfast buffet had many options, but cards would deactivate every day and had to be reactivated. Room a little run down, but overall an okay room for the price.

Because of the rescheduled flight by United at SF, resulting in a 10 hour layover (no hotel), I was considered a no show and my prepaid reservation was cancelled (non refundable). Additionally, Alamo rental car issues as well.
