Bed was not comfortable (cheap mattress), towels/wash clothes were thin and cheaply made. Paid additional daily rate for breakfast which choices were a pastry or toast and a beverage (coffee/juice). Advertised free parking but I was charged $10 a day for parking.

Check in was seamless. Temperature of room was perfect and clean when I walked in. I was just upset that I was charged an extra 20 for parking when I was not educated on any parking fee.

The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. Would have given more stars but being charged to park lowered that rating!! Be prepared to pay $10 to park in the parking lot (for 1 day) which I was not aware of until I got my receipt. It's ridiculous to pay to park somewhere you are paying to stay the night. My receipt said daily parking so I imagine you will be charged $10 daily to park at the hotel. What a joke!!!

Expedia says pet friendly but it is NOT. Suburban parking lot and they charge for parking. No breakfast. Creaking floors and found someones underwear on the floor of my closet. Nope.

Loud. Was waked up by barking dogs. Not nearly enough parking at the hotel. Can’t believe i was charged $10 for that and had to keep driving around until I found literally 1 open space. Unacceptable. Would not stay there again

The hotel was very clean but i expected a nicer room for the price, the $50 charge thats refunded for incidentals was fine, but the $10 for parking is a deal breaker!

Property is clean and tidy. Having huge parking options and sure shopping places to shop and near to restaurants adjacent to this property. Hotel served hot breakfast and it’s fresh and delicious. Highly recommended.

The biggest issue is the $10 for parking. If I had known, I would have parked across the street at the mall. You are not in DC or LA for crying out loud. It's not the amount of it, it's the principal.
