Fairfield Inn Pensacola

Check in/out staff was friendly and helpful. My flight left too early for breakfast so I cannot comment on that but the convenience of being close to the airport was great.

A good choice for a hotel in Pensacola near the airport. Quiet and clean with restaurants nearby. Rooms have ensuite, TV, fridge and a huge comfy bed. Many thanks to Elaine and Erin for going the extra mile to make my stay special.

Staff was amazing. The hotel was disgusting. If they didn’t have my $ we would’ve left. Parking lot did have security but didn’t feel safe in the area. Trash in parking places every single night we were there. You could see where water had ran down our walls. Had a musty smell. Chair was so stained we wouldn’t put a duffel bag on it. Breakfast area is so crowded it wasn’t even worth going. Elevator floor and ceiling is filthy. There were other issues w our stay and we had to get a whole new room. The manager on duty was as kind as she could be and helpful but i did tell her i felt catfished w this room and hotel in general. Reminds me of a hotel where ppl live out of them for $100 a week. Never ever will we stay here again. Fairfield should just shut it down bc this isn’t up to par with their other properties we’ve stayed at. Thankfully we were gone over 12 hours a day and didn’t have to be inside long

The property was close to the airport, and had easy access to dining and shoping areas. Easy to the interstate.

Have become very familiar with staying at this property. The rooms are nice and clean, The area may be too busy as it is right at a very large intersection with on and off ramps right next to the interstate, which is good for a traveler who does not want to go searching for the hotel. That is a plus as far as I am concerned.

This was the worst stay I have ever had at any hotel in my whole life; from the dirty room, to the broken toilet seat, dirty walls, dirty ceiling and bugs bit me all night. Oh almost forgot the tub didn't drain and there is not enough parking for the people that stay at that hotel and on top of that a big hiked up truck with a trailer took up 7 parkings--RUDE!!!!
