Friendly staff shuttle was great.

Depressing airport hotel in Raleigh. There are better places for you and your family very close by at similar price points.

Perfect stay if near the airport.

The room we stayed was very noisy due to near airport location and plus the particularly noisy air conditioner compressor unit ouside. The room should not be used as a guest room during summer months.

Airport transfer sucks. It is clean room but feels dirty

Check in process took over an hour due to rooms not being ready despite it being after 4:00 PM. Room was otherwise very nice and spacious and clean. Both shuttle drivers were prompt with pick up and drop off at the airport.

I never checked into hotel my last flight from Italy was cancelled so I got stuck in New York over night and had to rent another hotel in New York same night . I was unable to get money back for this hotel.

This is a great fit for us and our Dog. We travel every 2 months for treatment at Duke. And we need a place to stay after my treatment This is perfect. Front desk was awesome at check in and the room was clean too Thanks to a new find. One suggestion We needed just a very small amount of dish soap Thanks again Schirmer/ Tracy Warfield

Our flight was landing at 11:05pm and the hotel airport shuttle ends at 11pm. When I called and said we were a family of 5 with lots of luggage the front desk staff very kindly made arrangements for the shuttle driver to stay late and pick us up. Everyone I talked to on the phone was lovely and front desk staff was welcoming when we arrived close to midnight. Our room is huge and clean.

This hotel was very convenient to the airport and the size of the suite was wonderful for a family of 5 with three adult sized boys. The separate spaces were wonderful for moving around while everyone slept and two bathrooms was a nice surprise. The breakfast area was really clean and the staff seemed to be attentive to replacing and refilling things as needed. Breakfast choices were adequate. I wish breakfast had lasted a little longer on a weekend. The only reason I didn’t rate the hotel as excellent was I noticed anytime someone nearby left their room, the whole room seemed to shake when the doors closed. Also, the entry door we were told to use to access our room wouldn’t open and we had to find another entry. Additionally, it would have been nice if the sink area in both bathrooms had another door so someone could get ready without disturbing someone in the bedrooms. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and I would definitely be interested in staying here again when flying out of RDU.
