It was supposed to include breakfast. No breakfast. It was supposed to be 24/7 front desk service but no one was ever at the desk. It was supposed to include shuttle but not for people who had early flights. The shuttle left at 4 and wouldn’t take me sooner. It was just an overall really bad experience and I will NEVER stay at another one of these properties again. My flight arrived early so I even had to pay to check in early. I’ve never had to do that before and that includes checking in early at Disney properties.

Great stopover with shuttle service to the airport. Friendly, helpful staff greeted us for a late check in and provided excellent shuttle service! Even had a shop to buy snacks and drinks. We will definitely use this as a stopover hotel again!

Single- night stay to meet with family at start of roadtrip. + Hotel is right next to the airport, making the hotel shuttle transfer painless and fast. - However, this also puts the property in the landing path for flights. Even though the airport minimizes late evening/ early morning flights, you will hear planes as they come in to land- but they aren't overwhelming. + Check-in was quick and easy, staff very helpful. + Hotel is older but seemed well maintained. Room was large, bed a bit squishy but comfortable. Fitness center had a good range of equipment and a reasonable amount of space. Did not try the pool. ++ big points for the shower- plenty of hot water at good pressure.

The property was clean and they had a nice pool in the courtyard. Easy to check in and check out. Her room was on the first floor and easy to get in and out of. We're at the end of the airport and you could hear the planes if you paid attention but it didn't bother us in a room. I didn't pay attention and it does not have breakfast included.
