Hilton Garden Inn Sacramento Airport Natomas

Had a brief stay, while picking up my partner from the airport. Was a great stay, quite convenient; and a clean place to rest your head.

Clean and close to the airport

I ride a motorcycle. I parked in pull through and checked in. Asked if I could leave bike in pull throug while I took luggage up. . Front desk clerk said ok Went to room and laid down forgetting to move bike. Came back about 1 1/2 hour and was getting on bike when what I assume was a shift manager approached me and called me by name “ your lucky you’re moving the bike. I was about to have it towed. If I’d towed it the bike would not be released for 30 days!! You parked where shuttles park. You should pay attention! I admit I DID NOT SEE THE SIGN but in the interest of customer service HE KNEW MY NAME AND ROOM NUMBER. He could have easily called the room and I would have happily moved. Instead he chose to threaten me with towing the bike. Lots of hotels in the area. WILL BE THE LAST TIME I STAY HERE !!!

Seven minutes from Sacramento international airport

Check in was a breeze! The staff was so kind! Rooms are clean, very comfortable. Kuerig with coffee. Microwave. The only bummer was that there was an issue with the hot water. So, hot showers were out! Ugh. Will stay again if we end up coming through this airport again.

Everyone we met from the shuttle drivers to front desk to waitress went out of their way to make sure we were welcomed! We had reservations for the following weekend at another hotel but canceled there and rescheduled at Hilton.

This hotel is very close to the airport, very clean and nice, and the staff is always friendly.

Super friendly desk clerk welcomed us to the hotel. The shuttle was perfectly on time at 4:30am so the trip to the airport was free and easy.

Small issue with shower was attended to quickly by attentive front desk staff. Restaurant on site was clean and friendly with good choices of food / bar for travellers. A great location with shuttle for Sacramento airport.

wonderfully clean and comfortable hotel for an airport stay. staff was amazingly friendly, plus great food and service on site. definitely recommend and will return.
