Hyatt Place Sacramento International Airport

The location was very up-to-date and clean. The service was great and we enjoyed our short stay. We had an early flight in the morning so did not get to enjoy their typical excellent breakfast.

The women who checked me in at the front desk neglected to inform me that we needed a reservation on the airport shuttle in the morning. Even though I was asking her questions about what time the shuttle left for the airport. When we showed up for the shuttle this morning, there was a large party going to the airport. Initially we were told that there wasn't any room and thst we were supposed to make a reservation. Fortunately, they were able to sqeeze us in so we didn't miss our flight.

The rooms and ambiance of the hotel is a 10+ and the hotel Hyatt team are amazing! I was in a terrible mood upon check in ready to fall apart after a long flight & mosquito bites. I was rude & tired & my attitude was unacceptable. Manpheet (front desk) remained polite, professional, showed nothing but pure grace!!! I would recommend Hyatt for the beautiful rooms & for the incredible Hyatt team! Customer Service above & beyond. And I did apologize but the entire front desk was so gentle & understanding. The world would be a better place if everyone had the patience, gentleness & understanding of Hyatt team

Close to the airport and a great place to stay

Patricia front desk, Sam restaurant, and Harsh airport shuttle driver are all excellent at their jobs. They should be commended as valuable employees. Very comfortable room and beds. Thank you, Margaret

Great stay when I had an overnight delay at the airport. We’re quick to get me in and personnel were vet nice.

I love the staying at Hyatt hotels, they’re spacious and clean and their staff are always nice. I loved the fact that they offer 24/7 shuttle service and this hotel smelled amazing.

Just very difficult getting started because we had had 26 hours of traveling. With the timing of our flight being late then we ended up having to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle driver to pick us up. I’m sure that was just a technicality because he was, taking other people to the airport, etc. Absolutely everything else was very perfect!

Clearly a new property. Room was great. Restaurant was fine. Appreciated the airport shuttle. The air-con was quiet enough to have on while sleeping. What I didn’t appreciate was having my door knocked on - “housekeeping”- at 11:45AM, saying reception had called him for apparently no reason. It was a very confusing conversation, and I later mentioned this to reception on checking out, and they claimed no knowledge of it. Also, waiting in lobby for shuttle, two styles of music playing simultaneously. Reception claimed they couldn’t fix it🙄

Clean and comfortable rooms. Helpful service staff. Prompt and on time shuttle service. Would definitely recommend or stay again.
