Close to the airport for 0530 flight

Very nice and convenient to pick up family at the airport.

I traveled with my family and got 2 rooms. Both rooms had a musky smell similar to mold or something of that sort. My room had a giant sticky patch by the nightstand that was unavoidable when getting up. The following morning, we were set to check out and end up waiting 15-20 minutes for someone at the desk. When I went to the ask the person serving breakfast if there was anyone at the desk she replied in a rude tone that she had left a hand written note saying she would be back in 10 minutes. I mentioned to her that i had been waiting longer than 10 minutes and her smart reply was i've been away for 7 minutes. i will be there when i get there. Other guest that were standing with me at the front desk just gave up and left their room keys on the counter and left after waiting that long. I tried asking for receipt and she said just call the third-party rental company they'll handle that. I am not likely to return that was poor customer service so early in the morning. I believe her name was IRASEMA a girl with a pink or purple highlight in her hair.

Horrible experience. Arrived exhausted from flying out of state, moved our stuff into our room at 9 pm. There was literally feces smeared on one of the shower walls. The tv shorted out and would turn off on its own, one of the lamps was broken and the bed was so so horrible. We literally went to Walmart down the street and purchased a mattress topper to use on it. Customer service was also not good. There was only one person there working at a time and they were not able to answer any questions or concerns. Their answers were “I’ll ask my manager”. Needless to say, nothing was resolved. I reached out after our stay to see what could be done and the manager refused to help or contact me. He was never there to take care of any of these issues and the front desk staff was not trained on how to deal with issues happening in the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Do not spend your money here.

I chose this property due to the decent price and location close to the airport.

I booked this hotel for my husband and daughter and son in law . They ended up having a flight change and didn’t need to stay. I. Soled to get a refund 3 weeks before they were to be there and the girl was no help. Said she could not return my money, didn’t have a manager there to talk to me and hung up . Needles to say, will never stay in this establishment again .

The worst thing about this stay was the strong chemical smell in the room. If it’s a cleaning product or disinfectant the staff needs to dial it back a bit. My wife had to sleep in a chair by the window. The hall carpet was pretty dirty on our floor. The location is basically in the gas station parking lot. Thin walls make for an interesting night listening to the neighbors. For the price we could have done much better.

Wasn’t able to get to hotel due to flight delays and they still charged me for the room after I called and explained the situation to the manager and they basically said it sucks to be you were taking your money
