My stay exceeded my expectations! This appears to be a new facility, very clean, and well-appointed. Breakfast was included and was very good. Real scrambled eggs! Many other options as well. Someone else mentioned excess noise in their review..my stay was very quiet. No airplane noise at all. I stayed here just one night, on a layover from Australia and on my way home to Ohio. It was a great choice!

Great location, close to downtown, lots of different dining options. Very clean and beautiful rooms. The staff was somewhat not helpful and had more “I don’t care” attitude. Check out process is slow and painful. There was bunch of people in the lobby, and the reception lady wasn’t in a hurry- taking good time with each client. She was alone, and they don’t have express check out option. People have travel plans. We almost missed our reservation because of this nonsense.

We stayed at five hotels during our California holiday. Residence Inn was by far the best. We had a large room with a separate bedroom and a mini kitchen. Superb facilities; gym, indoor pool, guest laundry, excellent breakfast. Staff were wonderful, courteous and friendly. Great location next to the Millbrae BART station made travel into San Francisco easy. Would definitely stay here on our next trip.

Nice and clean hotel. Lots of parking if you bring a car, easy access to the BART, very close to the airport.

So close to Bart. Lots of places to eat nearby, took my car back to the airport early. Beautiful new hotel. Comfortable and clean. Will stay here again.
