Super comfortable pillows and bed. Quiet with lots of parking. Good hot breakfast but they don’t vary the food options so it would be boring after a couple days.

I've been traveling and staying in hotels for 2 years between AZ & CA.
I have never come across a hotel that charges 15.00 for the parking.

Our room was non smoking room and it smelt like an ashtray. I literally had to use the blankets in front of my nose to get rid of the 2nd hand smoke smell. I would have complained but we were there only from 10pm to 5:00 am we had an early morning flight. I was too tired to complain.

We have stayed at the El Rancho a number of times over the years. Unfortunately it has become a tired and run down property. This is our last stay here. We will seek out another location close to the airport that is newer and has a better bed.

The hotel is getting a little old and it's showing its age. The rooms smell a little musty. The $15 parking fee was a surprise.

Overall great stay. Was an in and out for one night as a stopping point to Sacramento from a late flight into SFO, but staff were friendly and had a great short stay
