just amazing to be able to splurge and stay in a 5-star hotel in the middle of an airport! super convenient, excellent customer service, sumptuous bed. a perfect way to spend a long long layover in SFO: super easy to take the BART transit into san francisco in just 30 minutes for a quick lunch before the next flight.

Beautiful, well equipped room. Comfortable bed. Very convenient if flying out of SFO. Also easy to return rent car and get back to hotel.

This hotel is my go to when I have an early morning flight. Quiet, comfy, clean, great team. Doesn’t hurt that bartender Katerice makes a killer Negroni 🙌

Love this hotel. Comfy beds and you can’t beat the location. Bar and restaurant are both great. Worth every penny for early morning flights

Convenient location to get to airport in the a.m. 3 stops on the air train and we were there . Dropped rental car off night before and took air train directly to hotel . Very convenient !

Always meets/exceeds expectations for when I need to be in San Francisco. The accommodations are always very good as far as quiet goes and being right at airport you would never know. A little upgrade around the door to hallway for sound proofing would make it heavenly as far as sleeping in. Right now you can definitely tell when other guests and housekeeping have started their day even if you have not. Attention to detail on cleanliness is always superb at Grand Hyatt @ SFO.
