Our room is clean and smelling fresh. The breakfast is good and the hotel is very accessible to the airport and nearby mall. Wonderful service and hotel.

Great location super close to SeaTac. Complimentary shuttle runs 24 hours a day to SeaTac and light rail station. Took light rail to downtown Seattle- super easy. Breakfast was plentiful and good each day. There’s a Taco Bell and a jack in the box within walking distance, but not much more in walking distance. Airport noise was not an issue at all for us. Parking is free if you have a car. This hotel checked all the boxes for us- will stay again!

Perfect stay for pre cruise overnighting. Clean quiet safe and a cheap shuttle to the pier. Our check in agent was phenomenal! So helpful!

Love the design and layout of this hotel. Spacious. The check in was quick and simple by Pule. 3 elevators all accessible. Laundry facilities were excellent Condition included of 2 washers and 2 Dryers which accepted credit cards. Beverage vending machine and ice. After a month long road trip we loved this property. The breakfast was excellent and well stocked by Ana. Clean and tidy. Maids were wonderful and helpful. The day shift airport shuttle helped us with loading and unloading luggage for airport as my husband has a bad back. A wonderful team of hotel people that offered top notch svc. BTW love the zero brand bath amenity in the room! We extended our stay! We booked the suite. As a lifelong business traveler I can say they have a great operations here.

Great quick check in. Wide hallways. Great laundry room with well maintained 3 washers and Dryers. Breakfast is great. Love the soap products provided in room. Maids are top notch. Great parking. Love the coffee served

Staff is friendly and accommodating. It was a difficult time for them because of the Crowdstrike software crash. Many travelers were left stranded because of travel cancellations and were in need of a place to stay. They were overworked but continued to smile and did everything they could to see that customers were satisfied

One night stay prior to a cruise. Shuttle from airport was quick, driver was very nice, bus was in great shape and clean. We did not partake of the provided breakfast as we had other plans for the morning.

Nice, clean and close to the airport. The shuttle to and from the airport was a big help. The breakfast options were pretty standard, but overall, a very good experience. Oh, and the coffee station in the lobby was nice, too.
