Perfect hotel for early morning flights out of Seatac. I have stayed here many times. Perfectly clean, efficient, 5 minute walk to terminal.

I really enjoyed staying at the Radisson airport hotel. The staff was so friendly and so helpful. The hotel is literally a five minute walk from the airport. Their shuttles come as soon as you call them within five minutes. The room was super luxurious, spacious and well appointed. It was very comfortable and quiet. They went out of their way to accommodate me because I have a bad leg and walk with a cane. I appreciate everything they did for me. Would love to stay there again!!

Always perfect ! Slight exception- girl driving shuttle - I explicitly asked and tipped to be dropped off at sky bridge #1 didn’t happen left me “I’m disabled senior at shuttle pick up area with my 2 luggage A hassle for an old man and a Radisson SeaTac regular - other drivers Never a problem !!!

Hotel was lovely. Rooms were huge and great location for proximity to the airport. Not many dining options nearby but we were happy with the hotel restaurant. We had a bit of confusion as it seems the hotel is no longer a Radisson (despite the name and all the branding). Would stay there again.

Our plane arrived late in Seattle so we missed our 10pm connecting flight. Search many websites they all showed the Radisson had rooms available. Booked the rooom through Hotels.com and called the hotel about their airport shuttle. Then we found out they were completelly sold out and had zero rooms available. Took 45 minutes on the phone with Hotels.com to get a credit back on my credit card., by then there was no rooms available for miles. Spent the night in the airport.

Staff was friendly but few. Could not keep up with influx of overnight travellers so we waited 60 minutes for some linens - none were in the room for the pullout. Splinter under the table in the dining room tore wife's pants. For the inconvenience, it appears they forgave an upgrade charge and an early check-in fee. That feels fair, although a $10/hour early check-in fee is a ridiculous cash grab. Shuttle was pretty beat up. Missing some seatbelts. Not that its far, but ... Will likely try somewhere else should we need to overnight near Seatac again.
