SureStay Hotel by Best Western SeaTac Airport North

This hotel is strictly used for people flying out the next day so is rather overused. But was good for that exact reason and proximity to airport and keeping your vehicle for the duration of your vacation at a reasonable rate.

We got to the airport and called the hotel for a shuttle. I explained to the shuttle driver I would be needing a ride for my 3 kids, my wife and I. The driver said he would pick us up in 10 minutes. Upon arriving, he told us that he could not take us all because the shuttle was full. I asked if one of us could sit in the front seat so that we would all fit. He told me we could do that but we would have to leave our luggage at the airport as he didnt have room for all the luggage. That obviously was a non starter for me. I told him he would be leaving my wife, 3 kids and I at the airport to fend for ourselved. He told me he would not come back and get us and to figure it out ourselves. We ubered to the hotel where the driver proceeded to tell me that I am lucky I have kids with me or he would mess me up. He was walking around the lobby swearing and yelling. When I told the general manager about this, he just told me that the driver said this didnt happen. The general manager did not resolve the conflct. If he would go to the security camera footage, he would see that the driver threatened me. We were forced to pay for an uber and also forced to find a hotel 20 minutes away that had vacancy as there was no way we would stay at surestay.Terrible experience

Early flight meant that we were in the room for only 5 hours. Bath was OK, bed was OK, AC was noisy and kept us awake.

Given the low price point we wanted for an overnight stay near the airport, this hotel fit the bill perfectly. They also have a nice little bistro to have a drink and a snack that was really convenient.

Having an unscheduled overnight stay, I apreciated the 24/7 free airport shuttle and the value of the room. Front Desk staff were stellar!

It was good. Location by the light rail, RapidRide bus, and airport entrance is great.

In the end, the employees make or break the stay. The gal at the front desk was so nice that these tired travelers really appreciated her!

I stayed for two nights at Sure Stay, one at each end of my flights in and out of SeaTac airport, which is a short free transfer ride from the hotel. I found my rooms to both be comfortable, clean and spacious. I didn’t hear noise from the airport though I did hear people arriving and departing from rooms (but that is down to people being inconsiderate). The staff were pleasant and the food from the on site dining area was of a good standard.

I just needed a place to sleep and go back to the airport. This was perfect. Close to the airport with an excellent shuttle service. The room was very good, although I didn't spend much time in it.

We needed to drop off a car at the airport that evening, and get the shuttle back to the hotel. The staff was trying to do everything they could, but their explanation of where to catch the shuttle revealed that they had probably never been to the airport or any of the pick up zones.
