This is the filthiest hotel I have ever set foot in. There were bugs on everything. The furniture is filthy, ripped and stained. There was blood on the wall and mold in the bathroom. We stepped into the room turned right around and left. There was no one to be found at the front desk and some shoeless man selling drugs in the parking lot.

Disgusting rooms. Halls and common areas were atrocious and in disrepair. The parking lot was ice and snowpacked. Sidewalks were ice and snow packed making it very diificult to bring luggage in and out. Never again!!

We have not had snow in a few days, but the parking lot is absolutely full of snow making getting our gear out of our vehicle difficult. Other than that, everything was great.

Room was comfortable and clean. The check-in went smoothly however the woman at the front desk was not very friendly. She made some sarcastic comments which perhaps were attempts to be funny but I had been waiting at the airport for 8 hours on a delayed flight and was very tired. So maybe I reacted incorrectly. On check-out at 4am the woman was extremely friendly and assisted me with obtaining a Lyft. Overall it was a good stay.

The common areas were dirty/dated and not well maintained. The front desk clerk was rude and copped an attitude when my hubby and son got into the pool 15 minutes before she wanted to close it. No one else was there.
Surprisingly, the room was very clean and comfortable. Thankful for that.
His location is pretty sketchy. The restaurant in the parking lot is permanently closed/shut down. There’s glass all over that parking lot. Not the safest are to walk out dog. It won’t be on our “stay there again” list. Skip it unless there is no other room in the Sioux Falls area.

Walls are paper thin. Road noise, close to airport and other people in hallways all sounded like the door was open and windows open to outside noise
