Great location and hotel! Room was amazing with great amenities. Super close to multiple breweries and a great restaurant we wanted to checkout. Only complaint was parking lot was full and we had to park across the street on second level of a parking garage. Also, the tv remote in the hotel room was no where to be found. No big deal. Other than that, perfect!

It was fine once we were checked in. But we arrived at 1:45 and the clerk at the counter acted like it was an outrageous question when we asked if there was a room ready for us. Of course there wasn’t I was told, check in begins at three. I pointed out that it was fairly close to three and there was nobody else in the lobby and only about half the parking lot was filled so I didn’t quite understand how much more time they needed. I asked if she could text me when a room is available and she basically rolled her eyes like well there won’t be one ready until three. And there wasn’t.

Hotel was nice and clean and staff was great.On site parking is limited so I had to use valet parking which was reasonably inexpensive, but not as easy as parking on site. The biggest drawback was that my room had no work desk.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was helpful and made wonderful suggestions regarding parking and things to do. The room was spacious and the bed was the most comfortable I have slept on. The bathroom was clean and the shower was easy to use and I loved the rain shower head. We had a drink in the bar, staff was attentive and the cocktails were well made. Downtown Sioux Falls was easy to navigate and very safe. Enjoyed a free outdoor concert and interacted with many locals who were very friendly.

The property was lovely. I didn't like the limited parking and didn't feel comfortable parking my rental car on the street so I opted for the valet parking which was an unexpected added expense.

Plenty of restaurants, bars, breweries within walking distance. Walked to the Falls Park. Shuttle to Denny Sanford stadium for a concert, walked back so we didn’t have to wait for another shuttle(less than 2 miles). Would definitely stay again!

The hotel is very nice with comfortable beds and luxury finishes. Parking was very limited because a bunch of prom kids took pictures in the hotel. Upon check-in the person at the front desk said it isn’t usually this crowded. We were welcome to pay $15 per day for valet parking. Didn’t really expect to be told. “tough luck” when asking where to park.
