Ramada by Wyndham Sioux Falls

The hotel is pretty rundown on the outside. Sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot. The inside wasn’t much better. The carpet is ripped up and falling apart. Multiple water stains on ceilings that had been “patched” and painted over. The beds were comfortable. The pool was clean, but no pool towels. The hot tub was green. The front desk people were not friendly at all. Glad we stayed for only one night! Not what I expected from a Ramada.

The same few people were sitting in their vehicles in the parking lot for hours, at all hours of the night. We got in at 1am in the morning and as we walked across the parking lot, the smell of weed was ridiculous. When we left for the baseball tournament at 7am, the same people were sitting in their vehicle. We arrived back to hotel about 7pm and there were people fighting in the parking lot, a vehicle had a smashed window. The room was less than clean. Dirty shower, smelled, and parts of the ceiling was falling down. The staff was friendly.

Very basic and unclean for the price. The pictures on the website are not at all what the buiding actually looks like, inside or out. Also, service was bad because the employees don't speak or understand English very well, so communication is difficult. Ended up having to stay in town an extra night, but went to the Ramada by the airport, which was similarly priced but came with a waterpark and much higher quality all the way around.

This hotel should not be advertised on your website. My wife and I travel a lot and this hotel is one of the worst we have stayed at. Just driving up to the hotel we could tell it was not our best decision, but after a 10hr drive it would have to do. Photos will show the state of this hotel.

This is a pretty sketch place. There appeared to be rent-a-persons in the parking lot.

I did not check in. You should take this property off your list. It looked like a bomb had exploded in the parking lot and the inside didn't look much better. You need to refund my money. It was not as advertised and you should be ashamed.

No pack&play or crib for child, terrible staff, place smelled like BO and some other smell, my daughter fell on ice cuz their parking lot was icy, no one spoke good English for them to understand what u r saying. When u ask for a receipt they said no we don't give them u can get it off ur phone. I would rather sleep in my car than stay there again

We travel often. We arrived to a very dreary reception area at 2:45pm, were told our room isn't ready & how check in is at 3pm. we waited 20 mins, at 3:05pm-our room was still not ready. We went out to eat. When we came back our room was ready. We were told to pay for our prepaid room. After the employee 'dug deep' she found that we did in fact pre pay. Our room which is NOT the one I picked from the picture on this site, that was ac the hall. Our room was eh upon entering but we were tired from traveling. In the bathroom, there was hair on & in the bathtub.The bathroom door was jammed passed the toilet so it was hard to close bc it hits the toilet. The sink that's next to the front door didn't have a stopper in it. There isn't alot of space to put your toiletries- mine were against the wall. I used a small round soap to cover the hole. The 1st day of housekeeping- we had 3 towels,they took then left only 2. The bed was ok, the pillows were hard. There's a half wall that's wobbly. 2nd day of housekeeping, we came back to my toiletries in the sink & my foundation in the sink hole. we had to fish it out. The little soap disc wasn't as I left to avoid this from happening. The shower wasn't that good, was hard to get the shampoo out of my hair.The toilet runs, the air/heat sounds like a windstorm. You can hear traffic & hall noise. Whoever was replying to me was rude. Breakfast was hot or cold breads& gravy. 1 hardboiled egg, some cereals. Dirty towels w.holes. Mildewed walls

Do not travel with big luggages when you plan to stay in this hotel

Check in was great. However, there was no elevator and our room was on the 2nd floor. Difficult for seniors, but I did not know to ask for 1st floor when making reservations. The windows were not noise proof and we heard all the loud traffic and parking lot noises. The room was huge and my granddaughters were happy. They want to buy the pillows. It was extremely easy to drive to my aunt's house about six miles away. We were able to park right outside the front door.
