Best Western Plus Tulsa Inn & Suites

It was ok. A little run down in spots. Girl at desk wasn't too friendly. But clean and convenient. Easy to grad et on the highway and get to places. Free parking.

The young lady that checked me in was pleasant and professional. My room is smaller than I expected, but very clean and everything works so far. I thought the elevator was too small. There was barely enough room for me and the luggage carrier and I’m not a big person. The parking lot is too small and it was hard to maneuver my car through it plus I’m handicapped and the few places designated for the handicapped were occupied. I had to park quite a ways away. Overall, I am comfortable and feel safe in my room.

Nice facility and nice area around it. Able to walk to a few restaurants, including Cracker Barrel. Large parking lot. Quick check-in. Facility is being remodeled apparently, so carpets are pulled up in hallway and some things are closed, like the exercise room. Would have liked to use that. Room is nice but oddly doesn’t have carpet, making it feel less homey, Large bathroom and decent-sized king bed room.

The housekeeping staff was excellent, everything was well kept. If it hadn't been for my trailer being stole out the parking lot it would get a 10. Not their fault, the thieves were pros.

Check in was good, down hill after that. 15 min, headed down stairs & ran into arguing in the middle of hall right down from the front end. A couple of visitors, I guess & 2 staff. I went to my car, came back in & the cops are already inside. 3:30 am, yelling, pounding, many people loud in halls. It lasted for way to long. 2nd night, long day 15 hours, worth it but come back to no new supplies & shower head was pointed towards the middle of the room. Didn't notice direction cuz the curtain was blocking view & the water now is coming down on floor. A big mess, curtain was short, barley ove the edge of tub. Used up all my towels. Last night there was Zero Clean towels left or supplies & when asking the night clerk for a new set, he treated me like I was lying or something. Made it out like I was a huge inconvenience to him, well you know, i interrupted his playing on his phone. Gave me 2 towels & then didn't ask if there was anything else. He just looked down & acted like i wasn't even there. I travel all the time & I'm not a youngster. No offense. The service sucked but The Bed Was Awesome. Thank You, My Back Loved It.
