I was accused of smoking in a room that I entered in less that 10-15 minutes a bit after 10pm. I was told alarms were going off specifically for my room. I did not want to be lied on or charged by management so I insisted Lukus come check the room as I do not smoke and travel with children. A little time had passed then he decided to come check the room and stated there was no smoke. Front desk staff (the men) can be more courteous towards guest as there is always some issue with the night shift makes customers feel uncomfortable to be here. Other wise the location is okay and the rooms are suitable.

We booked it for an early flight we had the next morning. As soon as we pulled onto the property, I didn’t feel safe going in. I instantly left and found a different place. There were people walking around everywhere and sitting in the parking lot staring at you. Since it was after 4 PM, I didn’t get my money back.

The Tulsa airport area does not give the best vibes safety wise, but this hotel felt less seedy than the several motels nearby. The room was well-appointed but the shower was an issue. My shower head leaked badly, so after my first night I reported the issue. I retuned to the hotel about 23 hours later and the issue was not resolved and there was no note or message that anyone had even tried to repair the shower. This hotel is just a few caring people away from being a pretty good hotel. The free breakfast was a generic continental breakfast and nothing at all to be excited about.

Perla was pleasant at the front desk. She was very professional. I had a room on the first floor. The heating system was loud. I did not mention it to the staff. It stopped intermittently. I liked that the hotel was within a few miles from the airport and I did not hear any planes. I slept well. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice and filling with several options - carbs, fruit, eggs, hot options, yogurt. Vegetarian options was a plus. I would stay there again.

Arriving at this property had me instantly regretting my booking. The area surrounding it is run down and felt very unsafe. We heard gunshots more than once throughout our 1 night stay. When we arrived we had an issue and called down to the front desk and they were not jumping to help by any means. The remote to the tv did not work, but we didn’t feel like the front desk was helpful the first time so we just had no tv during our stay. I feel like I got robbed for the price I paid in respect to the quality of stay. Definitely won’t stay again- and I usually pick LaQuinta for my travels.
