Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at . Homeless encampments, gang members , trash and graffiti everywhere. Room door had been broken into several times it looked like. Holes in room walls with graffiti and felt marker writing on the interior wall. Bullet hole in wall that continued into the bathroom enclosure. Insects in the tub. Some unidentified substance on headboard of bed. Big hole in the only chair in the room. Lamp shade written on by kids with crayons. Really bad part of town. Concerned about parking rental car since so many questions people wandering around there parking lot late at night. Slept with one eye open since strange sounds outside the room continued most of the night. A new low for my many stays away from home. 😵‍💫

Water was cold room dirty and the needles in the parking lot were just awful.

This place was a health hazard. The homeless in the area preferred the parking lot to sleeping in the rooms.

upon check in the man at the desk said “let me show you the room then you decide if you want to stay here” while headed to room with the man we encountered a woman doing drugs with a needle in her arm. the response from manager was “go back to your room” as we rounded the corner you could tell that was the whole vibe of this place as there were many more of the kind laying around high or exchanging goods if you get the drift. i was traveling with a 3 month old baby and my wife and this place is clearly unsafe. i have contacted oyo twice for a refund and given the run around both times. do not recommend not safe for families

Extremely unsafe. Bullet holes all over the building, room door barely latched, bathroom door had no knob. AWFUL neighborhood. Addicts all over the parking lot. Someone banged on my door at 3am

This is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed at in my 60 years of travelling. The bathroom walls were all black with mold. The bathroom ceiling was about to fall. There were cockroaches and ants everywhere. The bed was disgustingly filthy. The room was uninhabitable. They offered me a different room, same filth as the previous room. I would have posted pics, but I left the place in a hurry before unpacking. Ultimately Hotels.com came to the rescue and refunded my money when the Motel refused to. Stay away from the death trap.

It was so horrible from the outside with broken windows, questionable activity in the parking lot that my son and his family didn’t even stop. They decided they would rather sleep in the car in 90 degree weather than stay there.

There were live roaches in the bathroom. There was feces on the bed. There were tiny black bugs all over the floor. Behind the hotel where there was parking, there were several sketchy looking people hanging out drinking and being rowdy. Not safe for two young girls traveling.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting! There were so many holes in the walls, and electrical outlets that were ripped out. the walls looked like a crime scene— they were dirty and disgusting. our floor was absolutely grimy! The sheets were stained, every part of the hotel looked like it had not been cleaned since 1962. there were a ton of dirty, disgusting people staying there and it was clearly not a hotel for the regular traveller, but for transients. Be warned that it is absolutely disgusting and the staff pulls the “I don’t speak English” game, when you complain. The towels were FULL of short curly black hair all over them, as well as the sheets! Stay away! Just nasty. I didn’t realize it would be in a bad area and a disgusting room, due to the doctored up photos on Expedia. Oyo should be ashamed.

This place is nothing like it’s pictured and the drug deals and hookers in the parking isn’t enough to get you to leave. The room will mold on walls and everything is filthy. Only bright not was the air conditioner and refrigerator worked.
