Heritage Hotel

This is an older hotel, not too far from the docks. You can see the cruise ships from your balcony. It was clean and accessible with ramps outside and an elevator. It is right across the street from cute little shops and a few restaurants. Every place I went into took USD. Need to be careful crossing the street. Cars come flying over the hill sometimes! Staying there was great…part of the adventure!

Very large room; however very tired and in need of refurbishment. The lift seemed to be long term broken and nobody offered to help us with the suitcases despite being travelling with a baby and being sent to the 4th floor. Some of the staff quite unfriendly and unhelpful. Price way too high for what you get

My stay was comfortable, room very clean and the hotel location was great for me. Easy access to boardwalk, cruise ship viewing, restaurants, shopping, bars and market area for groceries for my kitchenette. The only issue I had was that of not being able to stay an extra hour due to changes in my flight and was was being charged $25.00 US dollars. Nevertheless, I would definitely say at this hotel again.

I travel to Antigua several times a year for work and always stay at the Heritage. It's location is perfect for me as it is in the center of town and the bay sunsets are beautiful for taking pictures. As for the staff, they are extremely courteous and helpful. I enjoy having conversations with them, they are a perfect example of what customer service is supposed to be. However, I would recommend they update their furnishings, especially the beds and pillows. I always stay in the suites with king size bed and must say it's rather uncomfortable to sleep in.
