We had everything we wanted, and it was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated getting clean towels each day, though you need to take your own shampoo. The traffic was a bit noisy as we were near a main road, and as we didn't have a car it was a little inconvenient not having any supermarkets within walking distance. However the bus was very close and we were able to go into Cairns shops quite easily. We had good service from reception when we ordered a shuttle, and when we were late getting in when we first arrived.

Friendly check in, great set up with kitchen and laundry. Great location for us as it's close to the airport and had an early flight the next morning.

The staff were terrific and were great communicators .We had a flight cancelled and they were able to accommodate us for an extra night.
