Great underground parking, lovely pool, BBQ area’s and beautiful gardens. Apartment had everything we needed, linen and towels changed regularly, short drive to City. We recommend North Cove Apartments, Cairns

Comfortable apartment with a full kitchen, which suited our needs. With the glass doors open at night to get natural airflow, we were often kept awake by music or noise from other apartments. The complex is also not far from the end of the airport runway, with the first plane taking off before 6am, so sleep was a little challenging. Although there is an elevator that goes to all apartments, there are about 8 steps at the front of the complex that need to be navigated to get to the elevator or you have to enter through the car park. We opted not to hire a car due to cost. The complex is located only a short Uber ride from downtown Cairns.

The staff were excellent and helped arrange a tour to the Great Barrier Reef and taxis whenever I needed them. The apartment was huge with absolutely everything you could need.
