Absolutely loved staying here. Will be again. It was quiet, immaculately clean, comfortable bed, 5 star service, plenty of parking spaces at no extra cost and very affordable. So glad I stayed here. I do always book accommodation based on reviews and this is why I gave this place a try and I am so very glad that I did. Thanks for an amazing stay.

It was good that we were on the side of town we needed to be for traveling the next morning without having to drive through Canberra city. The room and facilities were good and the restaurant was handy and the staff pleasant.

I was very impressed with my room, it was lovely. Everything was very clean, neat and tidy. Staff were very friendly and more than willing to offer help. I am travelling for a few weeks, so i have my car pretty full, I was very grateful to have help, from the lady with the big trolley to bring my things in from the car. I highly recommend staying here, my room was very reasonably priced too. the pool is really nice, look for the steps into it because they are there. Superior service. Very happy with my stay, and look forward to my weekend there again next weekend too.

Clean room. Bed comfortable. Bathroom small and dated but did the job. Hotel short drive from CBD. Pleasant staff. Great parking. Overall a good hotel for one night. Only thing I’d say that would have been better was if the gym opened earlier than 8am so people can get a morning workout in before their day starts, we were surprised it opened this late being so close to a CBD.

My biggest disappointment is the internet connection. I travel for business and this was the second time I stayed at the hotel. It is very close to the office but unfortunately might need to choose another hotel net time as I could not work as the internet connection was very poor.

The location was good but there was limited parking available for guests. The Television in the room had screen burn, which made it hard to watch the TV. No hot water for a shower on the 2nd day of stay, which was very annoying considering it was 0.1 degrees outside. I mentioned this to the front desk & there was no apologies for the inconvenience. It was like staff didnt care. I will not stay here again for the simple fact that staff do not have the customers interests a high priority.
